What I eat!

Just wanted to share some things I have been eating lately for dinner.


Quinoa (sprouted) and kale (lightly steamed) salad with dried cranberries and toasted pine nuts

1/2 large roasted beet, 1/2 small roasted acorn squash

4 roasted chicken wings (marinated in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and num num hot sauce, oven roasted (convection roast @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes)

1 cup of watermelon cubes (not shown)

Dinner 10-16-18
