When helpful, I will recommend additional labs and/or tests that can provide more information and lead to better care of your overall health and wellness. I will communicate with your doctor(s) to ensure that your care is coordinated for the best outcome.

I graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University) following a rigorous dietetic clinical internship, completed my Masters of Science in Nutrition at the College of Saint Elizabeth, and earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition Research at the University of Maryland.
On a personal note, I am married to Adam, and we have three (now adult) children, and one charming little grandson. I created my dream job of being a dietitian in private practice just so I could help women like you, and their families, find practical solutions to eating more healthfully. With so much confusing and conflicting nutrition information out there, I am so very, very gratified to be helping others find the effective answers they are looking for.
