ABOUT PAM

Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist

Specializing in restorative reproductive nutrition and prenatal nutrition care

My philosophy of care is grounded in presence, empathy, and trust.

I promise to provide this to each and every person who chooses to work with me.

Because nutrient-dense food is your first and best medicine, you want and need the most up-to-date, evidence-based information on diet and health. You also need a plan that works for your busy life and personal preferences.

I promise to work hard to meet or exceed

your needs and your expectations.

My thousands of satisfied clients have taught me how important it is to listen carefully in order to address the unique health and nutrition requirements of each individual patient. I take a personal approach with each and every woman who is seeking better answers.

I will thoroughly review your personal health, diet, and lifestyle history, including labs and tests from other practitioners. Together, we will create a sustainable action plan that will elevate your overall health, not just improve your body composition.

Our primary focus will be on improving your nutrition, but I also will identify and help you correct any poor sleep, stress, or exercise habits that keep you from fully achieving your goals. Because your total environment matters in health and fertility, I will guide you in making meaningful changes that you can sustain.

I will recommend additional labs and/or tests to provide more information and lead to better care of your overall health and wellness.

Keeping on top of the latest advances in the field of functional nutrition and medicine is my passion. I will leave no stone unturned if you have a complex nutritional or reproductive problem that requires extra investigation and novel solutions.

I am a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey,  completing a rigorous dietetic clinical internship and my Masters of Science in Nutrition,  and my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition Research cum laude at the University of Maryland.

My husband Adam and I just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. We have three children, and two adorable grandsons and a granddaughter with one on the way.  I'm living my dream of helping women have amazing pregnancies and thriving children. With so much confusing and conflicting nutrition information out there, I am so very gratified to be helping women like you find the effective answers they are looking for.
