- 1 Scoop or 1 round TBSP collagen peptides
- 1 cup chopped frozen fruit ( or 1 small frozen banana)
- 1/2 cup kefir or yogurt (flavored or plain)
- 1 TBSP cocanut cream ( or 1 TBSP nut butter or 1/4 large ripe avacado
- Handful of baby spinach (optional)
- 1 scoop ( about 3 rounded TBSPs) cold pressed non-denatured, grass-fed whey protein( such as Proserum Whey)

Directions:
- Put all ingredients except whey protein in blender and blend until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the speed of your blender.
- Add the why protein and blend 30 to 60 seconds longer. the short blending time protects the fragile cystine-containing protein in the whey.
- Drink immediatley or freeze for 30 minutes to eat like a soft ice cream.
